  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email) is required.
  • Products must be returned in resellable condition.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above conditions.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened personal care or intimate items
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Perishable goods
  • Digital products or downloads
  • Items marked “Final Sale”

💵 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved:

  • A full or partial refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

🔁 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please return your original product and place a new order separately.
